Accessibility statement.

Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on every page. That means clear contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive alt text, accessible forms, and respect for motion-reduction preferences. We test as the site evolves and treat accessibility bugs the same as any other functional bug.

We describe this as an ongoing effort rather than a guarantee. Parts of the site may not yet fully conform, and we would rather hear about a problem than claim it does not exist — see “Report an issue” below.

What we've done so far

• Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) on every page.
• A skip-to-content link, so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
• A visible keyboard focus indicator on interactive elements, including form fields and buttons.
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels, and errors that are announced to screen readers rather than only shown in colour.
• Text and control boundaries reviewed against the WCAG AA contrast thresholds (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and control borders).
• Motion gated by prefers-reduced-motion.
• Phone number is a real tel: link, not an image.

Ongoing work

Accessibility isn't a one-time fix. As we add features (photo galleries, an instant estimator, live reviews), we review the new code against the same WCAG AA bar before it ships.
