Using this website

You're welcome to use this site to learn about our services, request a quote, and contact us. Please don't try to break it, scrape it commercially, or use it for anything illegal. We may update or take down content at any time.

Quotes vs. contracts

A quote from Rockwall Handyman Co. is an estimate of price and scope based on what you tell us and any photos you share. It is not a binding contract. A contract is formed only when both sides agree in writing (or via text/email) to a specific scope, price and date. We reserve the right to adjust a quote if the actual work is materially different from what was described.

Pricing and payment

Most small jobs start at $129. Larger or specialty work is quoted by the job. We accept payment by ACH transfer or credit/debit card; we don't accept personal checks. Payment is due when the work is complete unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. See the workmanship guarantee for specifics. We don't warrant materials beyond their manufacturer warranty, or pre-existing conditions we didn't touch.

Intellectual property

The site's content, logos and brand assets belong to i30 Builders LLC. You may link to our pages. Please don't copy entire pages or use our branding without permission.

Photos and reviews

If you send us before/after photos or write a review, you give us permission to share them on this website, in marketing materials, and on platforms like Google. We won't include identifying information (full names, addresses) without explicit consent. Ask us to remove anything you no longer want public and we will.

Limitation of liability

We carry general liability insurance for the work we do. To the maximum extent allowed by Texas law, our liability for any claim related to this website or to a job we performed is limited to the amount you paid for that specific job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Rockwall County, Texas, unless required otherwise by law.
