Who we are

Rockwall Handyman Co. is a DBA (doing business as) of i30 Builders LLC, a Texas home-services entity based in Royse City, TX. The Rockwall Handyman Co. brand operates this website at https://rockwallhandymanco.com as a marketing channel for small-project and transactional work; the parent entity carries the licensing, insurance and contracts.

What we collect

When you fill out our quote form or contact us, we collect:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email (if you provide one)
• City
• The service you're asking about and the details of the job
• Any photos you choose to send us

We don't ask for, store, or process payment-card information through this website. Payment happens after a job is agreed to, separately, using a card processor or ACH transfer.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, prepare an honest written quote, schedule the work, and follow up after the job. We don't use your information to send unrelated marketing.

Third-party services we use

Some of the work happens through trusted third parties. They only see the information they need to do their job:

• Vercel — hosts this website and routes form submissions.
• Resend — delivers the quote-request emails to our inbox.
• Analytics (planned) — we may add Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. If we do, we'll gate them behind cookie consent and update this policy. Analytics never sees quote-form contents.
• Photo storage (if used) — if you upload photos, they're stored with Vercel Blob and shared only with us via a short-lived link.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our email and (if used) lead store as long as they're useful for following up — generally a year for active quotes, longer for ongoing customers. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we'll honor that request promptly.

Your rights

Texas residents and visitors from other states have the right to ask us what information we have about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email karson@rockwallhandymanco.com with the request and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of essential cookies to keep it working. Any analytics or tracking cookies (when added) will be gated behind an explicit consent prompt.

Changes to this policy
