If our workmanship fails, we come back and make it right. No charge for the return trip on a covered issue.
What's covered
- The workmanship on what we did — alignment, finish, fasteners, caulk, mounting, etc.
- Items that fail because of how we installed them (not because the part itself failed).
- Comebacks for issues you flagged before the job was marked complete.
What's not covered
- Materials and fixtures themselves — those carry their own manufacturer warranty.
- Pre-existing conditions or damage that wasn't part of our scope of work.
- Issues caused by other trades, weather events, or modifications after we left.
- Normal wear and tear.
How to use the guarantee
Call or text the same number you used to book the job. Tell us what's wrong, send a photo if it helps. If it's covered, we schedule the return trip and make it right — no second invoice for the labor.
