Quick conversation
We'll ask a few clarifying questions — what's the scope, how soon you need it, whether you've got the materials or want us to bring them, any access notes (pets, gate codes).

Written quote
You get a clear, written quote before any work starts — no hourly meters running, no vague "we'll see how it goes." If anything changes on the day, we tell you and re-quote before continuing.

Scheduling
Most small jobs get on the calendar the same week. We confirm a window (morning / afternoon), text you the day before to confirm, and text again when we're on the way.

The visit
We arrive on time with the tools and materials needed. We protect floors and surrounding surfaces, do the work clean, and check it with you before we're done.

Payment
Pay when the work is complete and you're happy with it. ACH transfer or credit/debit card — we don't accept personal checks. Receipt sent via email.
