Absolutely — email it to karson@rockwallhandymanco.com or text a copy to (469) 721-0146. We'll quote the line items we can handle and flag anything that needs a specialty trade (HVAC, foundation, electrical panel work, etc.).
Do you offer net-30 invoicing for realtor or property-manager clients?+
Yes, after a couple of completed jobs. New B2B clients pay on completion the first one or two times; once we've established the relationship we set up net-30 with a standard invoice flow.
What's your typical pre-listing turnaround?+
Most pre-listing punch lists are scheduled the same week as the call and completed before photo day. Larger lists or unusual items get a clear date up front so you can plan the MLS timeline.
Can you handle tenant turnovers across multiple properties?+
Yes. Recurring tenant turns for landlords and property managers are some of our most repeat work — we know the cadence and the budget reality of make-ready work.
Do you provide before/after photos or completion documentation?+
We text or email before/after photos on request, plus an itemized invoice that maps to the original punch list. Helpful for owner reports and for proof at closing.
